MASS CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR WASHINGTON ISLAND FOR THIS WEEKEND - Holy Mass has been moved to 11:00am on Saturday 3/29/25 for this week due to a change in the ferry schedule. Stay tuned for further schedule changes in the next few weeks.

WINTER/SPRING DAILY MASS SCHEDULE - Our Winter/Spring Daily Mass schedule began on Monday December 9th and runs through Friday April 18th.  Liturgy of The Word with Communion is celebrated in Fish Creek on Monday. Holy Mass is celebrated in Jacksonport on Tuesday, Egg Harbor on Wednesday followed by a Holy Hour, Sister Bay on Thursday and Baileys Harbor on Friday. All begin at 8:00 am.  Daily Mass is also celebrated each month on the 1st Saturday in Baileys Harbor at 7:30am followed by the Rosary at 8:00am and on the 3rd Thursday in Sister Bay at 6:00pm preceded by a Holy Hour at 5:00pm.  Please join us!

WINTER/SPRING WEEKEND MASS SCHEDULE - Our Winter/Spring Weekend Mass schedule begins on Saturday December 14th and runs through Sunday April 20th, 2025. Saturday Masses will be celebrated at 10:30am on Washington Island, at 4:00pm in Fish Creek and 6:00pm in Egg Harbor.  Sunday Masses will be celebrated at 8:00am in Baileys Harbor and 10:00am in Sister Bay.  Please join us!
 
WINTER/SPRING WEEKEND MASS SCHEDULE FOR WASHINGTON ISLAND - Our Winter/Spring Weekend Mass schedule for Washington Island begins on Saturday December 14th and runs through Sunday April 20th, 2025. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am on Saturdays at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church at 1763 Townline Road on Washington Island.  Please contact Larry or Diane Kahlscheuer at (920)847-2289 or 920-535-0551 with questions or for more information. 2025 BISHOPS APPEAL - Thank you to those who have donated to this year’s Bishop Appeal. Our assessed amount has been met but we are still encouraging you to make a donation. Last year we had 250 donors who contributed to the appeal. As of March 25th, we have 134 donors who have contributed. If you have not yet made your donation, please consider making a donation this year. When a parish meets their goal, the parish receives 50% of the overage. To give to the Appeal, contact our parish office, use the pledge card you received at home, or Click Here to visit the Bishop’s Appeal official website. Thank you for your gift to the Bishop’s Appeal and for your support of Stella Maris Parish.
 
LENTEN 40 DAYS FOR LIFE CAMPAIGN - Runs March 5th thru April 6th . Locally, you can join others on the sidewalk near the Planned Parenthood Clinic on Oneida St. in Green Bay. The peaceful presence is so very important as it offers our prayers to not only those contemplating abortion but also those working in the facility. Compassionate, non-judgmental guidance is also available to women who seek real truth and alternatives to abortion. So many resources are available to help! Let’s join together in prayer and fasting in order to build a culture of life. Door County Catholic Parishes are set to be present on Sunday afternoons March 9th , 23rd and April 6th from 12:00-2:00 pm to walk and pray in Green Bay. LENTEN SMALL GROUP OPTIONS - Three, six-week long Lenten small groups are forming, two in person and one via zoom. Lee Levoy will lead a group at her home near Gills Rock at 1:30pm on Tuesdays beginning March 11th. Angela Packard will lead a group at 10am on Thursdays at our Egg Harbor site beginning March 13. WOMEN’S EVENING OF REFLECTION - Nourish your Body, Mind and Spirit on Friday, April 4th at Corpus Christi Church in Sturgeon Bay. Guest speaker will be Sr. Ann Rehrauer, OSF. The theme for the evening is “From the Cross to the Empty Tomb.” Doors open at 5 pm, program starts at 5:30 pm. No cost to attend. FAITH AND FOOTBALL - St. John's Ministries invites you to a Faith & Family Night watching the Green Bay Blizzard on Sunday, April 6 at 3:05 pm. Halftime entertainment by Tenth Avenue North. Tickets are $15 of which $5 goes back to St. John’s Ministries. To buy your tickets Click Here
 
LOAVES AND FISHES DINNERS - Will resume on April 10 and will continue monthly through December. The meals are the 2nd Thursday of each month. We are looking for dessert donations from the area churches. Please email if your group would like to help! We have been serving about 50 people, although that number may increase. ANNUAL CONVENTION - The Green Bay Council of Catholic Women invite you to the Annual Convention Saturday, April 12th at St. John the Baptist Parish in Howard. ALL RISE-THE NORTHEAST WISCONSIN PASSION PLAY - Strengthen your Lenten Journey April 10-13 at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre in Appleton. See the Bible come to life! Witness Jesus’ life, death and triumphant resurrection in a family-friendly musical production appropriate for all ages. WINTER WEATHER CANCELLATIONS - Father Tom, the staff and support personnel will make every attempt to maintain our schedule of Masses, events and committee meetings. However, we ask that you never place yourself in harms way to attend them. In the event of a cancellation the following methods of communication will be used: Radio station WDOR (FM 94), TV stations WBAY (2) or here on our website. Typically if the schools are closed our events are likely cancelled. Please use your own discretion for safety.

UNABLE TO ATTEND MASS? - All who are hospitalized or in an assisted living facilty, incarcerated, or otherwise physcially unable to attend Mass in person can still participate in celebration of the Holy Mass.  Please pray with us from wherever you are!
  • Mass is live streamed on the Stella Maris Facebook page from Stella Maris Parish beginning on the first Sunday of Advent at 8:00 am.

ONLINE GIVING

The following options are available to make financial giving easier on you, the parish, and the environment, by going green through electronic means.

The first option is electronic giving through the WeShare online giving platform.  The process is simple and safe.  For a printable WeShare giver's guide click here to learn how to use the online giving tool.

Once you understand how the process works, simply click on the "Donate Online" icon below to get started. 

 

The second option is authorize an automatic monthly withdrawal from your checking account.  If this is your preference, please click here, complete the form and return to the parish office.

The third option is to add Stella Maris Parish to you own online bill paying through your bank account.
